Our powerful HOST machines with their counter-rotating brushes work the moistened cleaning sponges up, down and around the carpet fibers, breaking the oil bond and wiping the soil away. Very similar to wiping up dirt with a kitchen sponge. The cleaning sponges hold on to and trap these oils and soil until they are vacuumed up and taken out of your home.
Areas cleaned with our Dry Extraction system can be used during and immediately after the cleaning. Some heavily soiled areas may take 15-30 minutes to dry completely. That’s why “we get your carpets clean and you get back to living.”
Most carpet manufacturers and The Carpet and Rug Institute recommend that your carpets be cleaned every 12-18 months. FACT! Carpet manufacturers will void any and all warranties on newly installed if the owner can not show proof that the carpet was professionally cleaned each year after installation!

Due the heavy use of water with “steam” cleaners, the stain many times is pushed down into the carpet padding or backing. More attention is given to this areas as well and in return more soapy solution is left in the carpet. As your carpet dries and evaporates the dirt is lifted back up through into the fibers and the soapy solution left in that area continues to attract new soils which causes that spot to reappear quickly. This is known as “wick back”. With our dry method, the soils are pulled off the carpet fibers, held onto by the cleaning sponges, vacuumed up and removed from your home!
